All digital assets (curriculum, lessons, quizzes, simulators, PDFs, and certificates) are transferred and licensed by the FMCSA-approved training provider, ELDT THEORY. Digital assets are licensed, not sold, remain the property of the provider, and access may be suspended on default. Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered or made accessible. This disclosure applies to the following courses:
