1. Trademarks

The following names, logos, wordmarks, taglines, badges, and visual identifiers are trademarks (™) of the Company, whether registered or unregistered, and are protected under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1051 et seq.), state trademark law, and common law:

• “HBCU Hotshot Brokerage CDL University”™
• “ABC Drive Pro CDL Stack”™
• “ABC Truck Driver Training and Education Inc.”®/™
• The orange & navy HBCU crest and monogram
• The blue verified official badge (as used with our authenticity tooltip)
• The @HBCUFreightExchange, @HBCUHotshot, and @ABCDrivePro handles
• The Verified Pro, Freight Match, and Creator Hub feature names

Federal trademark registration is pending. Use of any Company mark — including in a domain name, handle, keyword ad, product name, social bio, thumbnail, invoice, or app store listing — without prior written permission is prohibited and will be pursued.

2. Copyright

All text, graphics, layouts, page designs, UI copy, badge artwork, iconography, taxonomies, filter systems, post templates, tooltip language, curriculum outlines, quiz content, database schemas, and source code embodied in the Property are original works of authorship, protected under the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §§ 101 et seq.) and international treaties. The Property was first published on July 09, 2026. No portion may be reproduced, copied, mirrored, cloned, scraped, republished, distributed, transmitted, sold, sublicensed, rebranded, or used to train or fine-tune machine-learning models without prior written permission.

3. Trade Dress & Look-and-Feel

The distinctive look, feel, color palette (orange #FF6B00 on navy #0B1A24), typography, badge placement, verified-checkmark treatment, and hub layout constitute protectable trade dress. Building a confusingly similar product — including a re-skinned clone, a “HBCU-style” freight exchange, or a derivative creator hub — is prohibited.

4. Permitted Use

• Nominative reference (e.g., news, reviews, or citations naming us accurately).
• Sharing links to public Hub pages without altering the content.
• Screenshots for editorial or educational commentary, with attribution.

5. DMCA & Infringement Reports

To report material on this Hub that you believe infringes your copyright, or to notify us of a third party infringing our rights, send a written notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material and its URL.
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
5. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

6. Enforcement

Unauthorized use may result in injunctive relief, statutory damages (up to $150,000 per willful copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c)(2)), treble damages and attorneys’ fees under the Lanham Act, takedown notices to hosting providers and app stores, and referral to appropriate authorities. We actively monitor for infringement, including automated clones and AI-generated derivatives.

7. Reservation of Rights

No license or right — express, implied, by estoppel, or otherwise — is granted by publication of the Property or by this notice. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
